ER Senior Management welcomes two new senior living communities to the family.

ER Senior Management is a Senior Living operator with experience managing rental and entry fee-based, aging-in-place communities that provide quality housing and services to seniors.

What’s new at ER Senior Management?

ER Senior Management (“ERSM”) is excited to announce our partnership with Boncrest Resource Group and welcome two new Senior Living communities to the ERSM family. Atlanta-based nonprofit Boncrest Resource Group recently acquired Senior Living communities Foxwood Springs in Raymore, Missouri and Robin Run Village in Indianapolis, Indiana. They will be under the management of ERSM.

“Boncrest is fortunate to enter the Senior Living market with such high-quality communities and to partner with ER Senior Management to energize and improve their operations,” said Thomas William Baker, Boncrest CEO.

Who is Boncrest Resource Group?

Boncrest Resource Group is a not-for-profit organization that seeks to develop charitable opportunities for the benefit of the community. They have experience with long-term care communities, rural healthcare, and innovative health technology.

Thomas William Baker is the Director and CEO of Boncrest Resource Group. He is a practicing attorney in the field of health law, and he is also an adjunct professor for Auburn University Physicians Executive MBA Program. With over 30 years of experience as an attorney, he has provided assistance to a wide variety of health care providers and suppliers of goods and services to the health industry.

How many communities does Boncrest own?

The acquisition of Foxwood Springs and Robin Run Village marks the beginning of a new phase for Boncrest. Since their formation in 2017, they have been particularly interested in addressing the challenges of providing quality services, activities, and programs that serve public and charitable interests in a rapidly changing healthcare environment. To that end, they are actively considering expansion opportunities.

What kind of Senior Living communities are Foxwood Springs and Robin Run Village?

Foxwood Springs and Robin Run Village are Senior Living communities that are designed for aging in place. They provide services from Independent Living, in both efficient apartments and beautiful garden homes, all the way to Skilled Nursing care.

Aging in place communities means you can move into your retirement community while you are still active, and you continue to be supported as you age and your needs change. You can receive the necessary level of continuous care throughout the different stages of the aging process.

You can get involved with a community of peers who are in the same stage of life and share the same values and interests. You get to know the associates, and you get to know the community. Best of all, you never have to worry about moving again, because all of your needs can be met on the community campus.
